Thank you for the luxury that you have bought into our home!

Can't believe the absolute bliss and comfort that hot running water available when you want it at a regulated temperature that suits us.

Yes I know that appropriate funds were put into gaining this but it is real peace of mind to have the job executed in the manner it was.

I will in time mention you on the Which? Magazine website as a recommended plumber and boiler installer-I'll mail you the insert.

Thank you for cleaning the kitchen as well , I would have been happy to do this and didn't expect this to be part of your schedule.

Toby Cox installed my combination boiler and did all the plumbing in my new bathroom .

The work was completed within the indicated timeframe and was completed to a high standard.  .

He was able to keep disruptions to my day-to-day living to a minimum and always cleaned up at the end of the day leaving the areas he was working in clean and tidy.

I contacted Toby Cox via a plumbing agency.

The quote received was not the least expensive nor did Toby recommend the actual unit that I had in mind.

But Toby arrived on time, was courteous and explained why his specific selection was a valid option for our situation, ie it was the right capacity, had been tried and tested and proved over the past 15 years not only be reliable and robust but good value for the funds that we had available.

Through out the business that transacted between Toby and I, he was open, amiable and  knowledgeable- explaining decisions and costs associated with each option, and above all reliable and trustworthy. More importantly, the final bill was the price quoted.

 During the job, when my wife and I had to go to work, Toby had the keys to let himself in. We felt that we were able,  at a very early stage in our contract to trust him in this manner and also with funds deposited prior to completion.

The clean up afterwards was exemplary. We now have the longed for luxury of hot water and central heating via an efficient system that functions with barely a murmur.

Toby Cox has alleviated my dread of having to employ a plumber. I intend to have my boiler serviced by Toby in the future and have no hesitation in recommending him to others and employing him for other family plumbing requirements.
